We sync with TED (Tenders Electronic Daily) — the EU's official tender journal — every night at 05:00 UTC. New tenders are automatically matched against your profiles and appear in your inbox the next morning.

Yes! You can invite team members from the Team Management page. You can assign different roles (Owner, Member, Viewer) with varying permissions. Team members can collaborate on tender evaluation, leave comments, and share insights.

You can change your subscription at any time from the Billing Settings page. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades are applied at the end of your current billing period. You'll only be charged the prorated difference for upgrades.

Notifications appear in-app: new matches arrive in your Tender Inbox after each nightly TED sync, and the dashboard activity feed shows recent changes across your profiles. In User Settings you can adjust toast behavior and whether to receive an email when auto-analyses finish. Further email alert options (such as digests) are on the beta roadmap.
